Animal rights.

If anyone is in the Michigan area and interested I thought I would share this info!

U of M has medical trauma training class that they use live dogs from shelters in. The dogs go through painful procedures and then at the end of the class the dogs are put down. There is currently more effective training methods that they can use and around 90% of the colleges teaching this class use these methods instead of live dogs.

Any way, there is going to be a peace march to try show support for stopping this. Here's some info!

What: Physician-led peaceful demonstration at U of M
When: Thursday, March 5, 11 a.m.
Where: Southeast corner of S. State Street and N. University Avenue, Ann Arbor, Mich. (please use nearby public parking)
